Bonheur was once a traditional working barge but has now been converted to provide luxury accommodation for barge holidays.
At 34 metres ( 110 feet) Bonheur is probably the largest barge you can charter which only takes 4 passengers. With large lounge, good sized cabins and huge deck space used for both alfresco dining and relaxing on the sunloungers, there is always plenty of space.
We only charter the whole barge so that you know your fellow passengers.
With us ( Paul & Annie Roberts ) as your crew for the week, you will not only be looked after for the cruising and on board cuisine but also trips by air conditioned people carrier to places of interest.
If during the week you find a place that you particularly like we can stay longer, the choice is yours, this is your barge holiday.
